A veneer is a small shield that can be attached to a tooth of which a thin layer on the outside has been removed with a bur.	A dental crown is a replica that is used to cover damaged, unattractive teeth. The crown reinforces the tooth and makes it look nicer.	An implant is a titanium post which is placed into the jawbone, where the rooth of a missing tooth used to be. Crowns can be placed on the implants.
